Not only does Windows 10 give Microsoft the explicit rights to snoop on your data and send your photos to Microsoft Research and remotely turn on your microphone and camera, but there is also a clause in the home version that gives full permission to Bill Gates and any Gates Foundation parters to literally fuck you through your webcam. The EULA promises that they can AND WILL sell the footage of that to the lowest bidder. Additionally, the default settings allow the OS to force your computer to become part of Microsoft's content distribution network by transmitting parts of updates to other users and by sending emails on Microsoft's behalf, and also to place a Windows installer on all removable media so that every computer that get it is used at is ``upgraded'' to Windows 10. To top it all off, the EULA contains an ``arbitrateion clause'' and ``indemnification clause'' - an anti-lawsuit and anti-complaining clause- : you can't sue them or prosecute them if Bill gets rough and takes you and your webcam by force, and any complaints about Windows or Microsoft or it's partners will get you sued for breach of contract.

Be wise friends, stick with the safe and dependable Windows 8.1.
