Are you seriously unaware of the different meanings of the word mental?
It seems to me like you're the one trying to persecute people for subscribing to a code of conduct. If you really disagree with them, just don't use any of those services, there's no reason why private companies should drop new policies because you will it. That'd be an imposition from you.
