Reminds me of the bullying in Higanbana.

I like the part where they are playing Ring Around the Rosy with it to keep it from moving. Glorious Nippon truly has the best bullying. In the west, all they do is beat the shit out of you. In the east, it's mind games that eat you from the inside.
