Programming interviews are actually good

Coping up with useless bullshit is something you'll have to do in most programming jobs anyway. Testing that skill beforehand is okay.

I don't understand why I should have to code a fizzbuzz in order to get a job. I'm a damn good programmer, but it has nothing to do with my ability to complete these useless tasks. I can code in 10 different languages and have written over 500 ruby programs. This is nothing more than the white man trying to keep us females out of the industry.
