do you have any life advice for an undergrad

i've interned for boeing and microsoft, i have about 2/3 of my degree done, 3.8/4.0 GPA, also contributed several bugfixes to linux

but i have lived like an hermit for a while and i am burned out now, also have acne, and it seems like people always automatically hate me and keep coughing at me on the streets

if there's one thing I learnt it's that the world is a terrible harsh merciless place

you people seem to have your life all together, how do you do that, do you just have to dedicate your life to pleasing people and "fitting in" to norms?
