Domain names for cheap

1. File for a trademark
2. Send legal claim to squatter
3. ???
4. Receive domain

Why wouldn't this work?

I'm making an open source project and squatters are sitting on different variations of the project name. One wants $2000 for a one-word but kind of obscure gTLD name. The .com variant just says "email me," probably wants millions.

Did you, by any chance, name your project ``porn''?

It probably won't, but if it does, more power to you. Be sure to send writs demanding transfer to the registrar, because the registrant will just ignore you. Domain name squatters should be crushed. They're probably mostly curryniggers anyway.
