I have been trying for weeks to reach the admin of this site through various channels. Nothing has worked.
Have you noticed a decrease in moderation on the site? Noticed a lack of banning? We have no way to tell what happened to the admin but we know one thing: He is missing.
The exact same thing has happened to many sites before this one, Secret area of VIP quality for example. Admin forgets about the site because he gives up on the community. One day stops paying the bills. The community, unaware, is shocked when the site suddenly stops working.
It is believed that the admin has long since stopped paying his bills and at the end of this month the site will be terminated. We must take this opportunity to either select a new location to settle or to begin plans to rebuild. At the very least we should agree on a "codeword" to find each other via google search after this all disappears.
There is no community here. It's shitheads and idiots berating each other for being shitheads and idiots. As that one guy always says, What programming language is this?

General retardation I don't care about, I don't have the time nor do I want to spend the time I do have moderating the board based on my (or your) likes and dislikes. The spillover in here isn't that bad thus far. When 8ch invaded DQN some months ago it was much worse (like outright rude necroposting in old quality threads). But the wave has ceased, the siege has stopped eventually, without need for any moderation.
Why not ban imageboard/reddit/AOL users on first sight? Give em time to acclimatize. These guys have never seen a textboard, IRC/usenet in general for that matter. It's all too new for them. Maybe just heckle their rudeness now and then (not to the point of being insufferable). Maybe some of these ADHD riddled gits will get the memo, and perhaps even get reformed and stay.
