guix or at least the package manager it uses, also the init system might be in scheme.

I don't know, but I just wanted to share that with you because it's pretty baroque, when people think of "functional" family languages they don't usually think of goto but Lisp is mixed functional and imperative (and of course can also do other paradigms like rule-driven, logic programming, OOP, etc)
