slock is a simple X display locker utility.

After invoking slock, the only way to get out of it is to enter your password.

The challenge: find a way to exploit it, so that the you get out of slock without knowing the victim's password.

The source code is less than 400 LOCs.

Purely subjective Unix hipster drivel. Real code bloat is measured in kilobytes.
What units you employ to empirically measures code "suckiness"?
Give concrete criteria beyond "i have an irrational hatred for preprocessor and can't read macros".
Also explain how you will replace #ifdef's... I'll be eager to listen.
