How to embed video from YouTube page to my HTML page?

I'm learning to program in HTML, trying to make an HTML page in which different videos will be embedded. I want to know how to embed the videos from YouTube? There is a video tag in HTML but I guess it is for those cases in which your video is not on the net. Please clear my confusion.

Take a picture of the YouTube page and paste the image into your HTML page. It will automatically become playable, but only if you took the picture well enough.
