coworker has a very strong B.O

Just landed a programming job in cubicle, one of my coworker has a very repulsive B.O, how do I deal with it?

It's generally a good practice to post everything in /prog/. The other day I made a thread in /lounge/ and nobody replied to it. Probably most of progriders don't bother to check /lounge/ or they don't know there is another board for non-programming threads.
