Yes ,im a proframmer. And yes, im queer. Fck you! that doesnt make me less of a programmer t!an you. Strwoght whitebrogrammers are a dying race. Say helllo to queer coders. Better get used to it. People like me understand the ux side of things better and the social dynamic of the workplace. That means your gross power ames arent going to be able to conintue. The pecker order is changing. Being queer i undrstand better how to help improve diversity. My code is every bit as valuabale as yours.

Queer is a general term for non-"cishet" (cis = cisgender = not transgender; het = heterosexual = sexually attracted to the same sex and/or gender), and is sometimes expanded to asexual people as well (since asexuals can be "het" as in attracted to the same sex and/or gender, albeit not sexually). But it's sometimes considered offensive as it was traditionally used as an insult directed towards gay people.

Genderqueer basically means a gender identity other than the standard male or female. It's overly broad, sometimes referring to people who are merely gender non-conforming, while it suffers from the aforementioned problems with "queer". Personally I prefer gender-variant as a broad term (including gender non-conforming cis people), and non-binary to refer to those who don't identify as male or female.
