This is hardly the worst he has done. There is a metaphorical pile of child sized skeletons in his hallway that he doesn't even bother shoving in a closet, going back decades. Rumor has it that the real reason 6.001 was removed from the curriculum was because he was caught calling in bomb threats on exam day, then failing students who didn't show up, then he threatened to rape the disciplinary board chairman if he lost his tenure. The man is just evil to the core.
