Exactly! Whites love creating their own new stuff, while Asians work with what westerners give them. Even Japan just reuses and polishes western technology. For example, Japanese video games, like Dark Stone and Final Fantasy, are just badly done clones of western games Skyrim and Ultima series (which were very popular in Japan, giving birth to jRPG genre).
