How do I deal with fake programmers?

I am high school student ..with no real knowledge about programming whatsoever but there are few ignorant batch mates of mine who foolishly claim themselves to be software experts and insensibly talk about big stuffs without knowing anything ..Isn't this high level of ignorance ?
How should i let them know that they are not Larry Page or Steve Jobs but just normal students who think that computer stuff is natural to them because they are good gamers ..Lol
