1. find 2 dice, preferably from a trusted source 2. clutch them in your fist with your palm facing up, fingers closed 3. make sure there is a flat surface, maybe 30cm x 30cm ahead of you, with no drops from the surface 4. flick your wrist down as you open your hand 5. the dice will roll and then settle, allowing one to easily read the values
