we need a country filter for journal paper searches

we need a way to filter the results to only papers from white countries

no matter what you search for, most of the articles will be barely coherent spam from India and China

there are gooks and Indians who write papers in white countries, and those papers are good. it's just a standards thing. Western universities are more strict.

I just can't take seriously a paper written in "The Technical College of Pajeetistan at Rajitihora" where even the abstract has grammatical and TeX errors. And papers like these dominate the search results now since there are so many of them.
