Is it publicly available somewhere where I can download it and use it on my own server?

Besides, just knowing the language doesn't mean shit. There's backend stuff that you can't see if it's not open source. Knowing it's PHP doesn't mean knowing how to install this exact software on another server.

But then again, LAMP stack shit is dinosaur tier. It's all about Node/Rails/Django these days. Not this boomer website shit.
