exherbo linux randonly freezes

I thought it was related to the luks encrypted swap but it still freezes with swap deactivated or a a swap file.
What could be the problem?

Honestly the only thing that forced me to add extra 4GB was firefox and fear of wearing out the SSD with swapping.
