Next Gen textboard features

Ideas:
- federated (boards can share threads & replies)
- tags rather than boards
- multiple markups (bbcode, markdown, sexpcode/lispmark)
- OAuth & PGP for "secure" tripcodes (novelty)
- "flair" (tripcodes / secure tripcodes have small bio pages, and can pick a color for their tripcode)
- youtube embed
- Various thread modes (sticky, lock, stickylock, permasage)
- IRC, Discord, microblogging integration

All of these features are essentially client side features, with the exception of maybe upvotes.

I think the ideal scenario for a programming board like this would be to release a public API over HTTPS which users can use as they see fit in their client applications. That way users can make anything from an Emacs client to an iOS app, the whole 9 yards if they want.
