Next Gen textboard features

Ideas:
- federated (boards can share threads & replies)
- tags rather than boards
- multiple markups (bbcode, markdown, sexpcode/lispmark)
- OAuth & PGP for "secure" tripcodes (novelty)
- "flair" (tripcodes / secure tripcodes have small bio pages, and can pick a color for their tripcode)
- youtube embed
- Various thread modes (sticky, lock, stickylock, permasage)
- IRC, Discord, microblogging integration

the 4chanx guy wants websites to have limited features so he can feel useful by making user scripts for people to download to add features that make the site actually usable, and he doesn't like when sites have good features on the site itself because then he wouldn't be praised for making a script
