Infinite Compression Algorithm

Ok. I studied Wolfram's ideas. And he implies, that there is a simple cellular automata, that can produce any structure in existence. The only problem left is locating that structure in the automata's output.

Its known as "magic formula" compression.
My idea was considerably simpler, creating a large search space(x*y< gap >x*(y+1)) where a polynomial is constructed like x^8.4343+z^4.3434-k^232.34-...+... that converges into the <gap> of search space, that polynomial divided by y gives back x.zzz where fractional part is discarded and x-integer is converted back to file.
