I'm sure, it has some local or global probability patterns, like more 1s than 0s, or strings of repeated 1s or 0s being or limited length. Because in reality there can never be truly random unbiased data. I'm sure even RAND researchers could have overlooked some bias. If you find that bias, then you won $100.
