chrome has built in per-domain audio permissions, and javascript, images, etc.
chrome://settings/content/sound allows you to blacklist or whitelist domains
you can also get to a website's permissions settings by clicking on the lock icon in in the address bar (will just be a circled 'i' for non-https domains) and clicking "Site settings"
