"I'll just use github. It's not like I'm supporting Microsoft by using it." -> "I'll just use VS Code" -> (It's okay it's open source) -> "Wow Visual Studio looks good too" -> "I'll just use Windows" -> "Wow look how easy it is to use Azure with Visual Studio" -> "What's Linux?"

It is not a completely outlandish flow, but what does github have to do with it?
