Good system monitors for windoze 10

Are there any nice CPU usage bars? I keep finding shit like this: ``This Skin is designed to give a feeling of working with artificial intelligence to the user. This is the main purpose of it. So it concentrates more on the appearance than functionality.''. Does anyone take it seriously instead of creating animations of a robot jerking me off?

I want a small graph, preferably on the taskbar (but I'm losing hope here), that will display CPU usage average over the cores in the last 180s, with 1s resolution. I'm not asking for much.
