Did you knew that in USSR it was impossible to work as a journalist or as a computer scientist without having a university degree? Compare that to modern Russia, where it is very easy to buy even a Medical Doctor diploma of various levels of authenticity. So in Russia everyone can work in the field they want, without all the bullshit like "you must be in Komsomol and have good Scientific Communism grades". Yes. Now you may ask, who works in the Rusian fields now then, when everyone can buy a degree without any census?
