The hard part is when you have to copy-paste from an official documentation, written for a product 3 major versions before the last supported one.

I don't even read documentation anymore but just copy paste and read code.

Reading from some Developer Relations Idiot what the code is supposed to be doing is silly when I can read and understand code. Reading code is much more dense that reading english. It's also less prone to be out of date.

For young geniuses like u find lurking or poasting here, programming is the effort to make a buck by coding a flashy cell-phone app that does something cool but otherwise is worthless and inconsequential.

For seasoned but dull and tedious old-school programmers, guys over the hill and entrenched in stoopid languages like Common Business-Oriented Language -- COBOL -- programming is writing and maintaining the installed base of software code that keeps the world functioning.
