You are not losing any freedom of speech rights with regard to private employers because you never had any to begin with. If you want to have freedom of speech rights with regard to private employers organize and get a constitutional amendment passed.

You are the ones who are backing the legal fiction of corporations being persons and having human human rights and First Amendment protections. Because of this, the Corporations United decision held that buying politicians is a form of "speech" and therefore gets First Amendment protections.

Otherwise you would have to allow either gender changes or same-sex mergers and acquisitions for persons that are corporations. So you would give persons that are corporations rights that you deny to persons that are human beings.
