1. Encoding childporn using QR code
2. Make a Stencil out of that QR code. Also add some proper message.
3. Attach the stencil to a drone with a paint can.
4. Make graffiti all over your city to mock the dumb ACABs.

Thank god for cops, the thin blue line between Good World and a world of illegally posted childporn codes.
