We don't support Stallman because of his leftist/liberal/etc views,
we support him against SJWs who want to weaponize cancel culture, who

various post-modern marxist bullshit that alienates people, canceling
people for opinions irrelevant to their professional expertise.
Stallman can support whatever loony non-sense he can, its his private opinion - a right for free speech to advocate any position, not a matter of his professional integrity:
in a SJW eyes there is nothing 'personal' everything is subject to debate as
if every word was a invitation to public scrutiny, analysis and 'consequences'.
The method in which people are deplatformed, censored and cancelled from their jobs is what we oppose, not its victims character - its irrelevant if Stallman is a tranny-supporting loon, radical communist or a neo-nazi:
