PHP is great

I'm porting shiichan to PHP 8.0 right now.
It is more strict so I have to correct everytime shii didn't use quotes around the fields for a POST variable.

Currently i'm the main dev of a textboard that uses shiichan so i'm familiarized with the code. Also added a bunch of functions.
