I'm a 24 year old male and to keep from depression I imagine that I have a girlfriend, I think about all the stuff we to together and what friends we would have. It really works and I'm always happy

Having sex is cool. Everyone knows this, otherwise you wouldn't masturbate to twohous. You most likely want to have sex, be it with a twohou or a real girl.

Having a girlfriend might be a good experience for some people, but it can be nothing more than a burden and an annoyance for others. Not everyone enjoys the company of someone who might not be interested in the same stuff you like or is in a different mood than you. Some others might enjoy company regardless of the situation and that's okay too.
