I once found a bicycle sticking out of a dumpster, and I cleaned it up and fixed it and drove it around for some time, and sold it later for a decent price.

In your experience, do electronics stores (both large national stores and small mom-and-pop stores) lock their dumpsters at night?

In my region, anything trashed that's not in a locked container is fair game to claim for yourself, and I'm thinking of fishing around for spare parts for a new build.
