Mion is effiminate and confused about his identity. He loves fashion and often plays trivia games in the club. Refers to himself as Mion-hime. Secretly wants to be manly. He wants to ask Keiichi out, but gets friendzoned.
Shion is a distant delinquent who stays to himself. He gives cryptic advice to Mion about being a man.
Rena is an autistic dork otaku that collects ``cute'' figurines of anime lolies pissing on things. She gets violent easily.
Satoko is a troubled kid with pyromania and loves traps (not the fag kind). She rigged her parent's house to burn down and look like an accident, burning them alive.
Rika is a Satoko's quiet friend that tries to keep Satoko out of trouble. The village adores him though.
Hanyuu is a fat and lazy kid that has just hit puberty and is covered in acne. People see him walking around with those horns and say ``God damn, that retard is still wearing those fucking stupid horns. Grow up, kid!''. He then starts whimpering and gets beat up for being a pussy.
Satoshi is a homely onee-chan with slightly-off proportions and a depressing face. For some reason, Shion likes her.
Oiishi is a veteran police dispatcher who is extremely uptight and lives a modest life. Ever since her lesbian partner, the secretary of the dam project, was murdered, she swore revenge on the Sonozakis, and often sends patrols to their house. They haven't noticed.
Irie is a cougar slut on the prowl for little boys to abuse and punishes their penises, but not in a cruel way. Since she is a woman, she adopted several children, but they all ran away to Tokyo and filed official complaints against her.
Takano has to bone the fatty Tomitaki to get funding. He was forced by the Imperial government to work in a bomb factory after his family was killed. He fell asleep on one of his 20 hour shifts and was punished. Birds would shit in the bombs, and he had to clean it off with his tongue. After the war, he went to live with Hifume, who smelled like old people and made him read her shitty horror-mystery stories. He believed that garbage and became a scientist.
Tomitaki is a career bureaucrat who waddles when she walks and never wants to give out any money. She likes anal.
Chie is a lolicon who became a teacher so he could fuggle little boys. He got this way by eating so much curry, the staple of the currynigger diet, which made him a faggot whose only thought was to breed. Since there is no functioning police force or child protective service in Hinamizawa, he is likely to keep getting away with his degenerate sins for years to come.
Oreo is a senile old man who often orders random acts of violence to be committed. He has Mion personally oversee several beatings and a few murders to train him to be the next head.
Akasaka is a secret agent feminist who can do all a man can do, and better. She slaps the shit out of Rika when Rika shows affection to her and refuses to help him, a cis male, when there is a patriarchy to be smashed. She finds the patriarchy in Hinamizawa five years later and returns because she wanted to do so, not to help Rika.
Okonogi is a sadistic dominatrix with a fetish for gore and torture. She executed the some of the village by burying them all up to their heads, then walking through the fields and stomping on their heads. The rest she had fight to the death with garden tools.
Fredericka Bernkastel is scrapped completely, because shota angst is boring. Instead, she is replaced with Lauert Bernd from Unteralterbach, meaning Dark-Rika wanders the streets of Hinamizawa trying to solve the mystery. Or, trying to solve it when he isn't avoiding the vigilante lynch mobs out to kill him, smoking weed with children then fucking them, getting raped by loli witches and fairies and Cirno, or being payed by the police to look at CP all day. This makes for a much more interesting story and will allow for several OVAs. Rika's probably not very interested in stopping it either.

I enjoyed your concept of Hanyuu, Mion, Satoshi, Oishii, Takano and Irie. Your concept of Rika is lacking. I moderately enjoy the idea of inserting Bernd in Hinamizawa.

I couldn't think of anything for Rika. She's more complicated than the others and it is hard to think of a new backstory that could still be shoehorned in, so I decided just to leave it vague.

Other than that, I was most disappointed in Okonogi. As it went on, the story began getting more and more absurd, till I gave up. I just can't imagine that monster as a woman.

I also like the my idea of Bernd in Hinamizawa. I typed it as I thought it up and it survived mostly unchanged. Someone should make that. Not me though.
