All IPs forwarded to the police

So, a question for all you guys
I was in a vola room and got one questionable download
Right as I was downloading the room got shut down and MOTD messaged "All IPs forwarded to the police"
I don't encrypt and I don't use a proxy
How fucked am I?

Currently I'm thinking that it's just a scare tactic, because forwarding ips to the police in that way would lead to the servers being seized for investigation and no one really would like that.

No one cares about piracy. Only like one in a million people get caught and charged for downloading music or whatever.
