Some feminists claim to be for equal rights of men and women, so why don't they just call themselves egalitarians? Because they're not. Egalitarians are for equal rights.
Feminists call themselves feminists because they want the world to be more feminine. They shame boys for being boys and encourage schools and parents to force them to be less masculine.
They are for an equality... of sorts. But not in a traditional egalitarian sort of way. They want men and women to be treated equally like women. Women are women. Men should be women. Everyone is held to the standards of women.
