2.Machine code is the most primitive method to program, like cobbling piece of clay by hand to make a house, it requires too much labor and provide zero abstractions(no assembler macros are unavailable, no address to absolute translation, no optimization without rewriting the entire code,spaghetti code filled with globals because of low abstraction, zero security,etc)
3.It was probably "hardcore" to do in the early days of computing, think 50's 60's but today you have powerful tools and means to not slave away at most primitive way possible.
If you still insists, machine code is unportable,buggy mess with no safety features which was rejected as coding since the first assemblers were created and today no sane person programs in binary. You're going to learn NASM or FASM get disappointed fast with amount of effort required for it and learn something usable for beginners like Python Ruby or javaScript.
