I had a similar experience when I had 10 grams of dried psilocin containing mushrooms. It was only my second time and my first time I only did 2. It was quite good until I forgot who I was and then started to panic. Panic lasted an hour or so but felt like much longer at the time. Eventually remembered who I was. If I had known that would happen I would've prepared better and it would've been quite cool but alas I did not.
