The results are unconfirmed humans. Even in rats, which have a higher brain metabolism, they had to get up to almost the lethal dose to induce them. Recreational use doesn't even approach that amount, and DXM (or ket for that matter) use has never been observed to cause lesions in humans on recreational doses anyway. I'll be sure to never increase my regular dose by 700% though.
