I have forgot to mention that given 50 million russian females capable of reproductions and price of sterilization set to $1000, then sterilizing all russian females would cost only 50 billions US dollars. Taking into account the trillions USD, NATO spends onto defense, why not spend just 50 billion USD to once and for all defeat the enemy?
