1. Manifestation: you are able to create objects of your desires. With each day your manifestation skill grows stronger and more precise(allowing larger objects and more correct replication of thoughtforms).

2. Invincibility: Immortality and super-strength. With each day you grow physically stronger, more invulnerable and less affected by environment(cold, hot, radiation,poison).

3. Wisdom: With each day you become smarter and more mentally capable/efficient, you gain insight into any problem faster and faster(IQ increase of 10 points per day).

4. Time Control: you can stop and rewind time. With each day the period you can stop and rewind time grows longer, along with precision of control.(rewinded time splits to a new timeline)

5. Self-sufficiency & eternal youth: You no longer require air, food, water, social activity or anything material, this power also maintains your health(both mental and physical) at optimal condition and biological age 16. With each day your maximum lifespan increases(biological immortality) by 1 year.

6.Suggestion: Your words are obeyed by humans. With each day the suggestion power grows stronger and can be sent over longer distances(not requiring to be heard).

7.Telepathy and limited omniscience: you can acquire knowledge and thoughts of people you know(and progressively anyone). With each day you could probe deeper and acquire more esoteric knowledge(You must form the correct query though).

8.Skill copy: you can learn any skill/profession/trick you desire very fast. With each day your copy power become faster and more powerful, eventually surpassing the skill of the champion in that field. Skills never decay or get overwritten/forgotten.

9.Imagination superpower: You get ultimate creative power. Your can create any books/films/games/art/etc with impeccable quality and least effort. You always have new relevant thoughts and ideas for creating content. With each day you get more refined, more precise ideas that are more relevant to you and the world gets more accommodating/supporting of your creative effort.

10.Healing/Happiness aura:you can cure anyone(including yourself) and with each day your aura becomes more and more powerful(larger and stronger) - changing to world to healthier and happier place. You are biologically immortal and constantly self-healed.

For me #5 or #10 is a must have.
Then I would then select between #2 (unlikey), #3, #4, #6 and #7 (unlikely).
From the bonus I would select between #11 and #13

#3 is better than #8 in every case except if you are in a critical situation and you do not have the time to learn the needed skill, such as if the pilot of your airplane dies in. #3 would still help however. I think that #3 in general is superior.

I do wonder how #2, #5 and #10 compare. #10 seems to be between #2 and #5 in terms of health (if we ex-include food), as it gives you both the power to avoid ageing and injuries. But unlike #2 it wont help with enduring a deadly blow or unlike #5 does not give self-sufficiency and youth.
How does #5 deal with illnesses and injuries? It does say that it keeps ``health(both mental and physical) at optimal condition'' but does this include illnesses and injuries?

If you really have some people that you really really want to protect then #10 is a must-have.
If you have #5 then you should probably select #13 instead of #14.

I would say that #18 is quite useless and I can't really think of much use for shapeshift other than hiding, pretending or be someone else or gaining better weapons, so it's quite situational.

#12 is not that great if you selected #4, you could combine them however for ultimate time control but I think that you could use another trait better.
If you can keep teleporting right after you just teleported you can simulate the flying effects and/or move to liveable planets over your range, assuming that they are not that far away that you would need to breathe in between the teleportations.
How would one deal with the pressure (or the lack of) and the radiation of space though? Maybe this is where #2 would come into play.

This makes #13 probably better than #14 then, except if you are fighting with a dragon or something who has mastered the art of flying.
