Unban Tor please

Quality of discussion has significantly decreased since I haven't been able to post anymore (last couple of years, I don't know exactly when)
Spam has never been a serious problem here as far as I can tell, so why would you even block tor exit nodes in the first place?
I want to share information about CIA space aliens without fear of prosecution, I can't do this without tor access. Please help.
