I implemented alot of code I wanted to in my Officially-Sanctioned Hostile Fork of Xonotic
(which is forked from my unofficially sanctioned hostile fork of Nexuiz (Xonotic: yes I socially engineered that))
Height maps can be taken from in-map brush/patchmesh soups, or from external 3d model files, for the spawnarrays.
Also someone took a look at Chaosesque and got people to download it:

Also someone went on the xonotic discord and asked about chaosesque and they were seething and demanded him remove the link

Hanging out with the cats and dog etc, maybe doing some more code.
I keep having to find print strings in the code and comment them out: as I'm at the 65532 globals limit for Darkplaces QC. (These print statements are just for debugging). But even when I declare local variables in QC functions a global is wasted. When I declare function inputs a global is wasted. So it's like programming an 8 bit or 16 bit computer now: you got to be clever.
The freewheeling code anything no matter what with no aforethought is over.
