Unfortunately, I have no theory on how or why it’s happening. Christian’s talk about days getting shorter as end times approach perhaps there’s something to that? (I’m not Christian so it’s not my theory and I can’t elaborate, but I can’t rule it out either) Have you ever listened to the Quantum of conscience channel? He covered the topic in just a couple videos about a year ago. I tried like heck to find them and give it a second listen, but I couldn’t find them. All I know is I can’t accomplish a fraction of what I used to do, and all my time is used up doing menial chores the likes of which I always have had to do Best wishes to you!
