So I'm playing Master Of Orion 2, right? It's my second game and it's on tutor difficulty. Anyway, I'm playing for Silicoids, it's a silicon-based race that has a "Repulsive" trait - basically, they cannot into diplomacy and all other races dislike them. Silicoids look like this:

So this one turn, there's a random event happening, and a popup appears, saying something like: "One of the Human diplomats has married one of your race. The diplomatic relations between your races have improved".
