What was the trick to respond to threadstopped threads on world4ch?

Honestly, I would just manually check the thread list and some of the >1000 threads wouldn't be threadstopped, despite the messages saying so. No advanced hax required. Shiichan was so fucking buggy.

It was pretty hit or miss. Sometimes you could use the DOM inspector to unhide the reply box and it would go through, sometimes it wouldn't. In the original Shiichan, everything was validated on the client side, so if it hid the reply box, Shii assumed a reply was impossible. Same with posts that have timestamps from 1969, the server relied on the client to send the timestamp as well.

I don't recall this ^[1]. I think those were caused by some input handling bug.
