Europe has 3 orginal ethnic groups, that is sami(came to Europe ~1300 years ago),
basque people(who came to Europe 1000 years ago) and the lates new comer, the indo-european

Sami people orginaly lived in south Europe and nobody lived in ice-age part of Europe, because

like that whould take 20000-10000 years, but homosapium has only lived in scandnavia for about 5000 years.
And there is more evedence that ligth hair and eye color dose not change much for the climate, as

The main reason why there exist people in scandinavia with ligth skin is because they can not mix up with
other people, they can not mix with sami people as they dont live on the same land. Sami people must
live outside the forest other wise there raindeers can not eat and scandinavians can not live in tundra
because there exist no food. There is little contact to the outside because of a barrier of water.

The therey gose like this, if a people invade a people, the invading people culture will shadow over
