Do we already have quantum computing?

For any of you who don't know how quantum computers work, a quantum computer consists of a number of qbits on which you can perform a number of operations but you won't know the result until after you observe the qbits.

Supposedly, right now scientists are working on quantum computation. But I've just made a stunning breakthrough and I'm ready to share it with the world. Here's the kicker: we already have quantum computing. Every time you read a clickbait article, the title is always a question! The question creates a qubit and when you keep reading the article, you'll eventually observe the qubit. Either you figure out the clickbait is right or wrong. Heck, you're doing it right now!

Quantum computing as well as our world is lazy evaluated and immutable. Haskell was right again.

This is of course different from a standard digital computer where one can know the results of a number of computations without observing the register bits.
