Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Cudder lives in the UK. Reading and writing in Russian Cyrillic doesn't necessarily mean that that person is of Slavic/Russian ethnicity. If one is so determined, they can learn the language at a university, or a language school. But I've never seen Cudder write in Russian/Cyrillic on here or world4ch personally.
